Today, we are  featuring one of the creative faces behind B-A-R. Please raise your glasses in a toast to:

Vineetha Dileep who blogs at Void Thoughts

Featured blogger, Vinitha Dileep

In her own words, Vineetha has this to say

Born and brought up in Kerala,I dreamed to become a doctor, chose engineering, electrical engineering at that and became a software engineer by profession (Yeah, I know)!!! I got married to my friend from college and left my almost 2 year long job to join him in the US.  We are in UK for over a year now. As much as I miss being a working woman, I enjoy every moment spend with my family. I am not much of a traveling person but have been doing that quite a lot lately, against my wish I might add! I see more travels in the coming days. Blogging has given me friends to connect with, no matter where on the globe I am.  The blogging world helped me keep my sanity. Thank you guys!

Here is one of her recent posts , a poem from the heart:

Today, I will…

Welcome back everyone to the weekly sharing linkup. Today, we are  featuring one of the socially active faces behind B-A-R. Please raise your glasses in a toast to:

Parul Kashyap Thakur  who blogs at Happiness and Food

Parul Kashyap Thakur, Featured Blogger, Blogarhythm

In her own words, Parul has this to say:

I am a UP-ite by birth and a Bangalorean by heart. My first job made me relocate to Bangalore from Delhi close to 9 years back and since then, I have been in love with this city. I was a Software Developer for 2.5 years of my initial career but found my calling in HR. So, I went back to a B-school to study in Nagpur and then grab a job in HR in Bangalore. It’s been 5 years since then. I work full time and then I blog for the rest of my time.

Yes, I squeeze in managing my home, editing Wikipedia, watching TV and reading. It’s been two years of blogging and I feel I can express so much when I write. My blog happinessandfood.wordpress.com is all about my moments of happiness, a lot of food for thought, some food, travel and photography.:D My collection of words is simple and I believe in the power of expression.Help me learn, write better and I promise I will do the same!

I came across Parul at a Blogger Meet this year in January and was completely bowled over by the warmth of her smile and her sincerity. This may be due to the fact that she praised me and my writing (I’m kidding!) 😉 Parul writes on social causes with so much zeal that you are compelled to go back and read her over and over again.  Her blog, Happiness and Food, does full justice to the term with generous doses of happy ideas and food for thought. Give it a gander today!

Here is her latest post , a question posed to our Government on a valid issue:

How about #PropertyForDaughter?

Why don’t you pop over and say hello? Or leave a note for her here in the comments?

Welcome back everyone to the weekly sharing linkup. Today, we are  featuring one of the creative faces behind B-A-R. Please raise your glasses in a toast to:

Jaibala Rao who blogs at My Thoughts

Jaibala

In her own words, Jaibala has this to say:

Academically a Microbiologist, I used to work in events before my life changed. Professionally a Teacher, I am a Writer and a Poet. My entire life revolves around the people I love, family, Friends and my toddler and my words define me. I have been reading since I learnt to decipher the alphabet and my world revolves around stories that I read and write. Every moment fascinates me and I live life by the belief there is something good in everything. I write mostly about a moment or an emotion, a story that catches my attention. My inspiration lies all around me, and I always try to put forth my opinion in my words.

My biggest blessing in life is my Son, who is my entire life and my friends who have been my courage and strength. Blogging for a year now, I still have a lot to learn, like I always say, I am a baby in the blogging world and being accepted wholeheartedly by the community has been a huge encouragement. Lessons in life never end, and I am forever learning.

Jaibala has that quality that all bloggers strive for- simplicity of expression. She writes right from her heart and her soul speaks through the sentences in her posts. Be it creative writing or non fictional musings, she takes you on a journey through her world and you emerge, happier and softened by the experience. In addition, she is a warm, thoughtful and beautiful person.

Here is her latest post , a heartfelt plea to save our animals:

Save the animals-They need us!
